The Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern have had an awful lot to shout about in recent months as Jurgen Klopp looks to build the Reds up for a title challenge.
In the likes of Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Philippe Coutinho, the club have one of the fluid attacks in the league.
So, reports from talkSPORT claiming England international Daniel Sturridge could be sold in January have done little to dampen the mood amongst our Mersey locals.
Speaking to the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, pundit Micky Quinn revealed some information he’s heard in regards to the 27-year-old.
He claims Jurgen Klopp is unhappy with the former Chelsea man, who has often been accused of playing for himself rather than for the team.
With so much emphasis imposed on teamwork at Anfield right now, Sturridge is casting an isolated figure on the bench, despite his vast amounts of technical ability.
“I’ve heard on the grapevine that Klopp is not happy with Sturridge,” said Quinn.
“Klopp really gave him an ear-bashing a couple of games ago.”
“I think he might be gone in the January transfer window.”
Will Sturrdige be a Liverpool player after January? Let us know below…
