Klopp must start Alexander-Arnold and Keita against Huddersfield

Liverpool have been one of the dominant forces in the Premier League so far this season, with an elusive title under Jurgen Klopp well within their reach.

The Reds will be desperate to kick on after a bore draw against Manchester City last time out, with the race for the title still wide open at this early stage.

Interestingly, Liverpool will travel to the John Smith’s Stadium to face Huddersfield Town in their next Premier League encounter. David Wagner’s side are still searching for their first win and have one of the worst defences in the top-flight, but they could fancy an upset against the Reds later on today.

So, Jurgen Klopp must get his team selection right by selecting these TWO Liverpool stars…

Trent Alexander-Arnold

Trent Alexander-Arnold has been one of the standout performers for Liverpool in the current campaign, but he had to settle for a place on substitutes’ bench last time out against Manchester City.

The Englishman deserves a place back in the side after such an inspired start to proceedings, with Dejan Lovren dropping to the bench and Joe Gomez moving back next to Virgil Van Dijk.

Naby Keita

Naby Keita made the move to Liverpool during the summer transfer window but hasn’t quite managed to showcase his talents in the current campaign.

Indeed, the exciting midfielder often finds himself on the substitutes’ bench as he often leaves gaps in midfield when he goes on jinking runs at times, but he should have no trouble in expressing himself against a very vulnerable Huddersfield Town side later on today.

So, Klopp should look to rest Jordan Henderson after the international break by inserting Keita into his lineup.
