Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern have surprised a number of other fans by calling for Klopp to leave the club. The eccentric German saw his side lose 2-1 away at Old Trafford in the Premier League’s early kickoff on Saturday. After the game, Klopp said that the club “have to respond 100%” in an interview with Liverpool’s official website.
The Reds who have been keeping our bar afloat were gutted as they lost out 2-1 to Manchester United, seeing them drop down to 4th as Tottenham picked up three points a day later away at Bournemouth. The Kopites have a four-point cushion over 5th placed Chelsea, but with eight Premier League games left to play Klopp’s Liverpool could still miss out on a place among Europe’s finest next season.
Away from the Premier League, Liverpool are still fighting strong in the Champions League this season, having topped their group and then overcome Porto in the first knockout round. The Anfield faithful will have to wait until Friday to find out who their quarterfinal opponents will be. Whatever the outcome, Klopp will be hoping he can steer Liverpool towards another season in the Champions League to calm the call for his sacking from some of the club’s more rash fans.

Klopp Out
We need change ASAP— Stephen (@LosAngelesBloke) 12 March 2018
@LFC @premierleague we will never beat the top top teams with the quality of players in midfield or at the back look at Klopps finals record. Loops teams are nearly teams.

Something needs to change at this club. 27 years without a league title and 10 years and only the league cup to show for it. We need trophies as Liverpool fans and I don't think Klopp can give us that. Something needs to change.
