Liverpool fans in the Football Transfer Tavern have had plenty to talk about so far in this window with a number of deals both in and out already confirmed, now it looks another may be on the horizon.
After the departures of Jordon Ibe and Martin Skrtel this week, with Balotelli looking set for the door as well, it appears that yet another Liverpool player could be given the boot.
After reports suggesting that Reds boss, Jurgen Klopp was prepared to let go of eight players this summer, winger Lazar Markovic, has emerged as another likely departure.
The Serbian international, who arrived at Anfield for £20m from Benfica in 2014, has – according to reports via TeamTalk – been tipped to be the next to pack their bags.
Portuguese newspaper, Record, have reported that Sporting Lisbon are prepared to offer Markovic, who made 14 appearances last season during a loan spell with Fenerbahce, a fresh start.
Liverpool fans, we want to hear from you! Will Markovic be the next one out the door at Anfield? Should Klopp be prepared to give him another chance? Let him know below…
