The 26-year-old (rated at £31.5m by Transfermarkt) scored for England during his side’s 7-0 win over Montenegro on Saturday and continues to make his mark for club and country after a lengthy injury layoff.
Oxlade-Chamberlain suffered knee ligament damage during the Reds’ Champions League semi-final against Roma in 2018, which saw him miss the majority of the 2018/19 campaign.
He returned before the climax of last season and lifted the club’s sixth European Cup in Madrid after the side’s 2-0 win against Spurs at the Wanda Metropolitano in Madrid.
This is not the first major injury that the former Arsenal midfielder has suffered. He sustained two other injuries to his knee for the north London side that saw him miss a total of 43 games over two seasons.

I just want to see this guy stay healthy for the rest of his career. Such a great guy and I can’t help but to root for him.

Always love the Ox’s interviews and the way he comes across. Not as much as I love standing on the kop and seeing him fire them screamers top bag though. Top man all round – and that’s before we even mention little mix 😂
