Liverpool: Fans are loving ‘pure filth’ Roberto Firmino footage

A clip of Roberto Firmino’s infamous piece of skill against Villarreal’s Roberto Soldado has resurfaced ahead of another European night at Anfield and fans are loving it.
Liverpool prepare to host Atletico Madrid in the second leg of the Champions League Round of 16, and to get Kopites in the mood, some well-known Firmino filth is doing the rounds on Twitter.
The footage of Soldado being completely turned by Firmino’s slick footwork back in 2016 has got Reds fans reliving the moment. Liverpool went on to spank Villarreal 3-0 and coast into the Europa League final where they missed out on some silverware after losing to Sevilla.
And heading into another meeting with Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid, some fans are confident that Firmino will recreate some 2016 magic and pull off a top performance.
One fan is loving Firmino’s ‘pure filth’ while another has said it’s still one of their ‘absolute favourite moments’ in any Liverpool match.
