Liverpool: Fans call for Adrian to start against Manchester United over Alisson

Alisson Becker will reportedly be fit for Liverpool’s clash with Manchester United this weekend, according to the Telegraph.
Should Adrian be dropped?
Yes

No

In just under a week, Jurgen Klopp’s Reds travel to the Theatre of Dreams for one of the most eagerly awaited showdowns of the Premier League season against their bitter rivals.
Preparation is well underway for the clash, with Liverpool coming into the game armed with an almost fully fit squad – including Brazilian first choice Alisson Becker.
However, there is a potential dilemma with the selection of the South American shot-stopper, who has only just returned – and being placed right back into the thick of it during one of the Reds’ biggest games of the season could be slightly risky.
Keeping that in mind, and just how important the custodian is for Liverpool’s title ambitions if last season is anything to go by, fans have made their feelings on the matter well known – start Adrian instead.
Despite a shaky start to life at Anfield after his clanger away at Southampton towards the start of the campaign, the former West Ham ‘keeper eventually settled under Klopp and has established himself as a solid back-up option for when Alisson does return to action.
With Adrian’s reliability becoming far more apparent, could it really hurt to start him against the Red Devils?
Very harsh on adrian. Hes been excellent.

I honestly wouldn’t risk it . Play Adrian, United don’t have any good strikers.

Better to stick with Adrian and ease Becker back into match fitness with the game against genk

I know Alisson is our #1 but bit sad to see Adrian just moved back after how good he has been. Honestly won us matches with a couple of saves.

Play Adrian. Let Allison play the easy home game against spurs. 😉
