With the Premier League season suspended, transfer talks and rumours are ramping up. New Liverpool transfer targets have emerged in the shape of Ben White (per Football Insider) and so has talk of some veterans leaving the club.
The latest talk surrounding Liverpool FC has revealed that Dejan Lovren, Nathaniel Clyne and Adam Lallana are looking likely to be leaving Anfield this summer (via Liverpool Echo).
Both Clyne and Lallana will be out of contract in the upcoming transfer window and the club reportedly will not be offering either of them a new deal. Lallana’s departure from the club will be the end of an era after he has spent six years with the Merseyside outfit, however many fans believe now is the right time.
The 31-year-old’s Liverpool career has been plagued with injuries – he has played just 373 minutes across all competitions this season, contributing to just two goals (via Transfermarkt).
Has Adam Lallana been worth the £25m paid for him?
Lots of fans are pleased with the news that £10.8million-rated Lallana (Transfermarkt) will be parting ways with the Reds, one supporter has complained the midfielder has had ‘lots of pay checks and little contribution’.
Remember that one time he actually played a full season?
