Liverpool are reportedly unsure on which kit they will be completing the 2019/20 season in, as they debate over switching to Nike before the campaign is up.
According to David Lynch, Liverpool are torn over whether to switch their kit manufacturers before the season finishes. The Merseyside club is contracted with New Balance until May 31, after a legal battle confirmed this deadline earlier in the year.
Nike’s sponsor of the club will come into effect as of June 1, however because of recent events, the Premier League has currently been halted, and the natural switch of the manufacturer could break league rules.
Typically, rules forbid a change of kits midway through the season, however as the resumption of the league fixtures continue to be pushed back, a rethink may be in order under exceptional circumstances.
Fans are divided over the decision whether to switch kits or not, with a few wanting Liverpool to lift the Premier League trophy in Nike, whilst others want to see out the New Balance era properly. One fan has said about New Balance ‘why show them loyalty?’
NB took you to court… why show them loyalty

What’s your thoughts, Reds? Should Liverpool see out the season in New Balance or switch to Nike to lift the trophy?
