Liverpool: Fans drool at Roberto Firmino ‘no-look’ assist against Everton - Liverpool

Liverpool fans have been reacting to Roberto Firmino’s ‘no-look’ assist for Georginio Wijanldum’s strike during their 5-2 victory against Everton at Anfield on Wednesday.

The Brazil international has become renowned for playing passes and taking shots while not looking at the ball in a mischevious fashion. He repeated this against their hated neighbours as the Dutchman scored the fifth goal of the evening for the Reds.

Opposition manager Marco Silva was sacked as a result as the blue side of Merseyside dropped into the relegation zone.

Firmino explained that there were no origins of his no-look traits and admits that it is “dangerous” to try and pull it off during a match.

His goal against Arsenal was perhaps his most famous goal when he performed this skill, but pulled it off once more on Wednesday as his side maintained their eight-point gap at the top of the Premier League.

Supporters were in awe of Firmino’s skill which some fans missed at the time and they were quick to make their feelings clear on social media.
