Liverpool: Fans fawn over Georginio Wijnaldum after seeing compilation video

Plenty of Liverpool fans have expressed their admiration for midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum after seeing a compilation of some of his best moments for the Reds online.
Anfield Watch on Twitter posted a two-and-a-half minute highlights reel of the Dutch international (via @AnfieldWatch), showcasing pieces of individual skill, his diligence in winning possession for his team and some of his goals.

The tweet included the caption “£25m“, which was the fee that Liverpool paid to Newcastle for Wijnaldum in 2016 (as per BBC).
The 29-year-old has scored 15 goals in 158 appearances for the Reds, including two against Barcelona in the 4-0 Champions League semi-final win at Anfield last season.
He has started all 13 of their Premier League games so far this term and has the highest passing success rate (91.3%) of any player to start for Jurgen Klopp’s team in the division in the current campaign, as per WhoScored.
Wijnaldum has won acclaim from several pundits in recent weeks, with Danny Mills telling Football Insider that he is a “fabulous midfield player”.
Stephen Warnock added on BBC Radio 5 Live: “If you let him go forward the way I would like him to, he will cause the opposition lots of problems.”
