Liverpool: Fans not concerned about Mohamed Salah’s potential injury

Liverpool fans are not worried about the latest injury setback to Mohamed Salah despite the possibility of an extended spell on the sidelines.
Will Mo Salah's injury derail Liverpool's title challenge?
Yes

No

The two-time Premier League Golden Boot winner initially picked up the knock during the Reds’ 2-1 win against Leicester City back in October after a late challenge from Hamza Choudhury.
After playing through the pain in recent weeks, he was sent home from Egypt’s training camp as his side prepared for their Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers, and will now continue his recovery back at Melwood.
He shared a picture of his recovery this week, after some reports had placed a three to four week timeline on his injury.
Salah has once again been a critical element to Liverpool’s season and has scored nine goals in 17 appearances this season, which has helped Jurgen Klopp’s side to the top of the Premier League and their Champions League group respectively.
Supporters were not overly concerned about the upcoming absence of Salah and made their feelings clear about it on social media.
Here you will find some of the many reassuring responses from Liverpool fans:
Obviously, Salah being injured is bad.
But, if he’s gonna miss a chunk of time it’s preferable that it’s now.
International break eats into that time and it’s off the back of a raft of games we couldn’t have afford for him to miss.
The upcoming games: hard, but we can manage.

If Salah and Robertson are injured then bring them home and let them recover so they can get fit and not risk injured come squeaky bum time later on in the season..
We have Ox and Milner who can step in as well as Origi and hopefully Shaq soon #LFC

If Salah is injured for 3 to 4 weeks which the rumors say then there is only one man who can replace him and has the same impact pic.twitter.com/rCmz1iWkJl

Salah injured would be a huge blow for any club but with the mentality and other options we have I’d like to think we’ll still collect W’s. Origi is the obvious replacement but it’s a good time to reward Ox for his performances
