The Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern have been laughing at Real Madrid’s players as they all removed their shirts after the game to reveal undershirts with the number 13 on. Los Blancos have already won 12 European Cup/Champion League trophies and if they are to beat either Roma or Liverpool in this year’s final in Kiev, it would be their 13th title.

Liverpool will be keen to make sure they’re the ones meeting Real Madrid in this year’s final as they look to deny the Madrid giants a third straight Champions League win. Liverpool beat Roma 5-2 at Anfield last week and face the return leg tonight at the Stadio Olimpico. Roma beat Barcelona 3-0 in Rome in the quarter-finals and if they’re to repeat that victory they’d be completing back-to-back comebacks that will go down in European history.
Liverpool will be sure to not underestimate their opponents tonight, even if their fans are confident that they’ve already got one foot in the Kiev final. If Jurgen Klopp’s men are to get past Roma tonight, they’ll be back in the Champions League final for the first time since 2007, when they were beaten 2-1 by AC Milan in Athens. This time around, the final would present an even bigger task as they face Zinedine Zidane’s serial winners who have won five trophies in the last two years.

We're obviously biased but Madrid so deserve to be thrashed in the final!

Madrid have probably been given the nod by the ref for the final.

How nice would it be for Liverpool players to have a set of these tips to wear after they win the final

If we get to the final Klopp doesn't even need to do a team talk, just put a massive image of that up on the dressing room wall & that'll be motivation enough
