Liverpool: Fans react as Marko Grujic could be on his way out of Anfield permanently

Some Liverpool fans were disappointed with a report suggesting that the Reds are prepared to sell midfielder Marko Grujic in the summer.
The 23-year-old has had two impressive loan spells at the German side Hertha Berlin as he continues to gain more experience and focus on his player development. Grujic was labelled as “by far the best midfielder at Hertha” by former boss Pal Dardai, who described him as a “top shelf” midfielder. Still, amid the Reds’ recent success, his future at Anfield is in doubt and it appears that manager Jurgen Klopp has made a decision.
Football Insider reported that the club are willing to listen to offers for Grujic in the summer, looking for a fee in excess of £25m. The Serbia international has only made 14 appearances for Klopp since his £5.1m move from Red Star Belgrade in 2016. In light of this report, many supporters understood the reasons behind selling Grujic and made their feelings clear on social media. One fan said that it would be a great shame if true, while another said that it would make sense due to the quality of the midfielders in the first team.
Should Liverpool give Marko Grujic more of a chance?

Shame. Aging squad would be nice for the future but Boss knows best.

Makes sense. He’s a very good player but he has no chance against the other midfielders we have.
