Liverpool: Fans react to club’s serious interest in Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka

Loads of Liverpool fans have been drooling over the prospect of Arsenal youngster Bukayo Saka coming to Anfield.
The 18-year-old has played a huge part in the Gunners’ Premier League campaign after emerging from the academy, with 16 Premier League appearances to his name so far this season. His versatility on the left-hand side has seen Saka play as a wide attacker and also as a left-back on occasions during the current campaign. He was named man of the match after his side beat Newcastle United 4-0 on Sunday, with manager Mikel Arteta praising his courage on the ball, as per Sky Sports.
The Athletic (via the Daily Express) says that Arsenal chiefs are aware of serious interest from Liverpool, as well as Manchester United and Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich. With just 18 months left on his contract, it is a possibility that Jurgen Klopp could secure the services of Saka on a cut-price deal. One fan said that he would be a good reinforcement at left-back for Andy Robertson, while another said that he has “bags of potential” and is a big fan of the Gunners youngster.

Really like Bukayo Saka from Arsenal, kid has bags of potential. Would love to see him play more in the PL, and (hopefully) join #LFC. He’d make a great addition.

I would love for the Saka interest to be true, would be a brilliant back up to Robertson.
Todd Cantwell would be a good signing but £30 million sounds like it could be too much. #LFC— SM💫 (@SauceLikeGini) February 17, 2020
Could Saka be a cover for LB? #lfc
