Liverpool supporters have been making a lot of noise in recent times after seeing their team head into the current break for internationals sat at the top of the Premier League table.
Jurgen Klopp’s men went into their most recent encounter with Leicester City having won each of their opening three league games, getting past West Ham, Crystal Palace, and Brighton all without conceding a goal. And while they were far from their best at the King Power Stadium, and did indeed ship their first goal of the campaign, they got the three points thanks to first half goals from Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino, as although Rachid Ghezzal got one back for the hosts, the Reds held on for a 2-1 success to retain their spot at the summit of the division.
Thus, there have been many thrilled Liverpudlians up and down the country in recent times, several of whom have been reacting to a post on the club’s official Twitter handle, which celebrates three years to the day since striker Divock Origi made his Reds debut.

The 23-year-old made the move to Anfield in 2014 but was immediately sent back to former employers Lille on loan for the 2014/15 season, before returning to Liverpool to play his part in their run to eighth place in the Premier League in the 2015/16 campaign.
And in netting 11 times the season after to help Jurgen Klopp’s men finish fourth in the top-flight, the Belgium international certainly proved his worth to the Reds, although a loan spell at Wolfsburg last term suggests that he still remains some way away from commanding regular football at Anfield.
Nonetheless, several Liverpool fans on Twitter reacted to the club post regarding Origi’s debut three years ago, with some sincerely hoping that the 23-year-old can kickstart his career at Anfield in the near future…
So much potential. What’s happened to him?
