Liverpool fans have been reacting to the news that American football could be played at Anfield in the future once the latest stadium development is completed.
The club rolled on with the next stage of their Anfield Road project by revealing images of the all-new 16,000 seated stand, which would raise the total stadium capacity up to 61,000.
The European champions completed a £115m redevelopment of the ground’s Main Stand in 2016 and aim to move forward with another stadium extension.

Once completed, it was revealed that clubs are looking to get permission to hold other sporting events such as NFL matches as the club look to bring new visitors to Anfield.
