According to Sport, Liverpool are amongst the clubs showing an interest in 17-year-old Rennes starlet Eduardo Camavinga.
The Reds are reportedly looking to bring the teenager to Anfield after his last calendar year has seen his market value skyrocket from £3.6million to £37.8million (via Transfermarkt).
Camavinga broke through from the Rennes academy at the start of 2018, signing a senior contract aged just 16 which makes him the youngest ever professional at the Ligue 1 club. He has scored one goal and made two assists for the French outfit this season, enjoying rotating between the central midfield position and a more defensive role (via Sofascore).
Liverpool are apparently not willing to offer Adam Lallana a new contract in the summer and there are talks that Naby Keïta could also be departing the club (via Mirror). With some midfielders potentially set to leave Anfield, adding some back-up options will be crucial for Jurgen Klopp’s side and Camavinga could fit the bill.
Plenty of fans are already on board with signing the young Frenchman, with one saying he would be ‘an incredible signing’.
Ooooooo that’d be an incredible signing imo.

Our midfield is too old for my liking so this would be absolutely ideal
He looks like a beast from what I have seen
