Liverpool told to stump up to land combative Euro 2016 man despite medical booked

Zielinski

With Loris Karius and Joel Matip through the door at Anfield, the Liverpool fans in the Transfer Tavern have been excited over the prospect of seeing a major revolution under Jurgen Klopp.

However, news from the Sun (citing reports in Italy), suggest the former Borussia Dortmund coach could see his attempts to land a third signing scuppered, have rocked the Reds propping up the bar.

While it appeared as if Udinese midfielder Pitor Zielinksi was due to arrive on Merseyside, the report now claims the deal is not yet wrapped up.

The Serie A club are believed to be asking for upwards of £15m to complete the deal, with Klopp thought to have offered just £9.5m for the Poland international.

Though the 23-year old is believed to be keen on a move to the club, fellow Italian side Napoli are understood to be eager to bring him into their plans for next season.

Could Liverpool really do with another midfielder?
