Our Liverpool fans here in the Transfer Tavern are hoping for a bright future under manager Jurgen Klopp with them keen to see that start with Champions League qualification this season.
Of course, if the Reds get to this point without finishing in the top four that will be seen as a failure and so they need to ensure that does not happen.
Indeed, if they do finish in the top four they’ll surely be able to start signing some class players but whilst we wait to see what happens there, it appears that one young star could be off on loan from the club – Allan.
The talented Brazilian has been on loan with Hertha Berlin this season and, ahead of next year, their sporting director Michael Preetz has been quoted by Kicker as saying that he wants to try and keep the player on.
Preetz said simply:
“We must and will discuss it with Liverpool.”
The Reds should expect some talks to begin soon, then, and it may be beneficial to let the youngster go out on loan once again as he looks to build that all important experience.
