Liverpool will feel confident about securing the Premier League title in the current campaign, as they’ve been completely dominant in recent times.
The Reds won’t want to slow down at this point in their season, with the opportunity to secure silverware in the Champions League, Premier League and the FA Cup.
However, a couple of the club’s youngsters have failed to break into the first-team ranks in recent times, with a January loan move or permanent exit in the offing. Of course, at this stage in their career, regular minutes is an absolute must if they are to progress and develop.
With that in mind, these TWO Liverpool youngsters need to force Anfield exits in January…
Ben Woodburn was shipped out on loan to Sheffield United back in the summer transfer window, but he hasn’t been able to enjoy regular minutes and looks like being recalled in January.
The winger has plenty of potential and has already shown that he can impress in the Premier League. But the past season or so has been a struggle for him and he would find it almost impossible to break into one of the most dangerous attacks in world football at Liverpool.
Ovie Ejaria joined Rangers on loan back in the summer transfer window but he has since been recalled after becoming unsettled in Scotland.
Indeed, the youngster is a long way off breaking into the first-team ranks at Liverpool and wasn’t always able to ensure consistency during his time at Ibrox.
Therefore, another loan move could be in the offing, but a permanent exit could come into the picture as the Reds already have a packed midfield, along with Marko Grujic and Curtis Jones coming up through the ranks.
