Liverpool’s Rhian Brewster attracting unwanted attention from Europe

Liverpool will be wanting to improve their squad this summer as they look to remain as competitive as possible.

Jurgen Klopp’s side managed to get to the Champions League final last season, however, their league and domestic form proved to be a little patchy at times, something the German will be keen to address.

He has already been making a number of movements in the transfer window, with the likes of Naby Keita and Fabinho joining the ranks at Anfield, whilst he has so far failed to bring in a quality goalkeeper and Nabil Fekir.

However, according to a report in The Sun, he could have a battle on his hands to keep one of his most talented players at the club this summer. It is being claimed that Rhian Brewster is being targeted by Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus amid concerns that the 18-year-old still has not signed a professional contract at Anfield.

It is understood that the forward wants assurances that he will have a genuine chance of competing for a first-team place, which has alerted the French and Italian giants.

The Verdict:

Liverpool will want to do all they can to convince Brewster to stay at Anfield as he has bags of potential and will definitely be a star of the future.

One thing that could go in their favour though is the fact that the other two sides would not be able to guarantee him the chance of first-team football either.
