Lucas Moura’s goal is Spurs fans’ favourite this season

Tottenham Hotspur took to Twitter today to ask the fans which of their five Premier League goals they’ve scored this season has been their favourite and the supporters have chosen Lucas Moura’s first-half strike against Fulham as the best so far.

Tottenham fans have been treated to some lovely goals so far. lucas’ strike was the fans’ pick and it was a lovely effort, a well-struck curler with his weaker left side that left Fulham’s Fabri helpless as it clipped the post on the way in. However, Kieran Trippier’s pinpoint free-kick in the same was always going to run the Brazilian’s strike close. The other goals to pick from were Dele Alli and Jan Vertonghen’s headers against Newcastle and Harry Kane’s late goal against Fulham.

The fans are loving having Premier League football back and they’ll be keen to add two or three more goals to their current total of five when they travel to Old Trafford for Monday Night Football in just three days. The game at Old Trafford is the pick of the fixtures this weekend and if Tottenham can extend their winning run to three from three then they might get taken seriously by some other fans are title contenders alongside Liverpool and Manchester City as the season draws on.
