Tottenham have been rumoured to be selling striker duo Fernando Llorente and Vincent Janssen in January, and we therefore discussed what that meant for Spurs this season.
Both the Spaniard and Dutchman’s spells in London have been largely uneventful, with Janssen being loaned out last season to try and find some form. Neither are looked upon highly by manager Mauricio Pochettino, but Spurs could equally find themselves in a tricky situation if both these players leave and star man Harry Kane sustains an injury like he has the past few seasons.
With that in mind, we asked you whether Tottenham should let these players go, and these were the results:
It is clear to see that the majority of Tottenham fans want both players gone, with 63% supporting their exit. Meanwhile, each player has obviously curried favour with small cohorts of Spurs’ fanbase with 17% voting for just Janssen to leave, and 14% voting for just Llorente.
