West Ham striker Andy Carroll announced recently that he wants to remain at the London Stadium beyond the end of the season, and we discussed whether that would happen or not.
The England striker is out of contract at the end of the season, and it is unclear whether the east London club will offer him a new contract, given that he is so injury prone.
However, his West Ham future may depend on whether fellow strikers Marko Arnautović and Javier Hernández remain at the club beyond this season, or even this January.
With that in mind, we asked whether you wanted Carroll to remain at West Ham, and these were the results:
The fans have spoken, and they are clearly not keen on Carroll staying, with 60% of fans wanting him gone no matter what. A further 15% of fans want him gone only if Arnautović leaves, meaning that quite a significant number of West Ham fans want the big forward out of their club.
