Reports indicate that City may also face competition from other European sides, with Serie A outfit AS Roma said to be interested.

His current contract expires in 2018, meaning that his value could rise to around €12 million.
But our landlord has given our resident City fans a cause for concern is he points out that it remains unknown if Lo Celso has an EU passport, as if he doesn’t, it will be difficult to secure a work permit.
