Man United hijacking Chelsea’s £31m swoop for quality midfielder

PjanicManchester United fans and their Chelsea counterparts have had to be separated in the Transfer Tavern, after the latest news led to a bar brawl- with the Blues punters furious.

Fichajes states Manchester United are ready to hijack Chelsea’s move for Roma ace Miralim Pjanic, who has been in talks with the West London club regarding a potential summer Premier League switch.

The Bosnian international is a leading target for incoming Chelsea boss Antonio Conte, who is well equipped with Italian football, but United want to knock Chelsea out of the water with a move of their own.

A deal for either side should be easy to complete as Pjanic has a release clause of £31.1m, leaving the player himself with a decision to make as to where he wants his transfer destination to be.

United have no financial issues whatsoever which means they may be able to offer Pjanic a more lucrative wage deal, though our landlord feels Chelsea may have a slight advantage with the Conte effect.

Which club would Pjanic be better suited to? Let us know in the comments below!
