Man United to stun Chelsea and sign quality playmaker, refusing to return to training

Phil JonesManchester United and Chelsea share mutual respect here in the Transfer Tavern but it has been a disappointing season for both clubs. However, there’s good news emerging for United and it comes at Chelsea’s expense.

The Times says Manchester United are clear to snatch young midfield talent Domingos Quina from Chelsea, after the 16-year-old walked out of the Blues this week and refused to return to training.

Highly-rated playmaker Quina joined Chelsea from Benfica three years ago but the relationship has now turned sour, with it stated Chelsea believe he’s already agreed a deal to join a Premier League rival.

Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool have all been linked with interest in the player but Manchester United are said to be leading the chase for the teenager’s signature, which would add a quality asset to their already bolstering youth ranks.

The reasons for Quina’s fall-out with Chelsea are not stated but United have held interest for months and their patience is set to be rewarded.
