Man United would be silly to not hijack Spurs’ move for this young star

Manchester United have had an excellent start to the season following an exciting summer transfer window which saw them add a whole host of new talent including star striker Romelu Lukaku.

Jose Mourinho has his team playing some excellent stuff, and they delivered what’s become known as a typical Mourinho away performance yesterday to take a 0-0 draw away from Anfield.

Our landlord here in the Tavern thinks the Red Devils need to keep adding new faces to their squad though if they are to dominate again as they have done in previous years, and one player who looks to have an excellent future in the game is Fulham starlet Ryan Sessegnon.

The flying teenager has been a revelation for the Cottagers since being given an extended run in the team last season, and he has continued that form this year.

With teams like Spurs sniffing around him for his signature, the youngster will no doubt have the pick of some of the top Premier League clubs when he eventually does move on, but Man United could be the most attractive proposition of the lot.

With Luke Shaw still not delivering at left back and Matteo Darmian and Ashley Young only taking the role part time between them, there is a potential opening for a long term regular at left back.

Sessegnon has all the potential in the world, and if he does move to Man United, he will be playing at the very top and with the best manager in the game, surely only a good thing for the teenager.

Man U fans, what do you think to Sessegnon? Good signing? Let us know!
