It has been a sensational couple of weeks for German side Borussia Dortmund and it seems that despite all their success, according to Goal.com the club face a battle to hang on to their top stars with Marco Reus the latest player to be linked with a move away and to Manchester City no less.
The Premier League side are thought to be weighing up a rather ambitious bid of £32 million for the player who was simply instrumental in getting Dortmund past Real Madrid and into the final of the Champions League.
City as we all know are reeling from surrendering their title to arch-rivals Manchester United and are looking at a summer rebuild and are now considering the Bundesliga star a main part of this.
The midfielder is only 23 years of age and is settled at the club having only joined last season from Borussia Monchengladbach yet such a substantial fee and lucrative wages may mean that Dortmund’s resolve could well be tested and it is not a given that the attacking midfielder will be staying in Germany this summer.
Will Reus forge part of City’s summer rebuild? Is he worth £32m? Rate this rumour below.
