The Manchester City fans in the Transfer Tavern are begging Pep Guardiola to bring Joe Hart back next season.
But the Manchester City boss still doesn’t seem impressed with Joe Hart’s footwork and he would rather have Claudio Bravo between the sticks.
Joe Hart has been on a season long loan at Serie A side Torino this season and the Italian club want to keep him.
However, they do not have the funds to complete the permanent signing of the England international so they are seeking another loan.
Torino have already enquired about keeping Hart for another season on loan but Manchester City are stalling with Guardiola reportedly waiting until the end of the season before he opens talks.
Sinisa Mihaljlovic, the Torino coach, has voiced these concerns and he says that the Serie A side want a speedy answer from Manchester City so that they can start preparing for next year.
“I would like Hart to stay at Torino, but we know – the club and him too – that we can’t buy him.
“At the most, we can take him on loan for another year, but it depends on what Manchester City want to do and what he wants too.
“We would like to know this soon because if we have Hart here next year then that is one thing, but if not we have to make other plans.”
Manchester City currently rotate between Willy Caballero and Claudio Bravo in goal but the Manchester City fans by the bar are all saying that Joe Hart is a much better goalkeeper.
Our landlord thinks that Guardiola needs to bring him back and reinstate him next season.
