Manchester City look on course for a successful season in the Premier League and in Europe if their early season form is anything to go by, with the Citizens blitzting through teams with minimal fuss.
Pep Guardiola has got his charges playing just how he wants them to play, and there should be some silverware in the cabinet come May with a bit of luck.
Our landlord here in the Tavern is always excited to see City, and equally he looks forward to seeing who they sign every season. One player he thinks they should move for next summer and who he would love to see in the Premier League is Polish forward Robert Lewandowski.
The big striker has been tremendous in Germany for a number of years now for both Dortmund and Munich, and surely his time will eventually come in the Premier League.
The Pole is a huge presence up top, and his record speaks for itself for both club and country. The chance for City to try and sign him would be too good a chance to pass up for the club, with the striker reportedly unhappy at Bayern after a few off field incidents with various board members and club reps.
If Lewandowski does move to England, he will surely continue to find the back of the net and continue to enhance what is already an excellent CV.
