Manchester City haven’t been quiet in this summer’s transfer window and more incomings are expected from Pep Guardiola in the coming weeks.
The former Barcelona boss has been busy already over the past couple of weeks, bringing in Bernardo Silva from Monaco and Ederson from Benfica.
But many of the Citizens fans lining the bar here in the Tavern are expecting more big names to be added to the squad sooner rather than later as Manchester City look to mount more of a title push next time out.
As well as sorting out the potential incomings, there is plenty of work to do on the current squad too though and Guardiola hasn’t hesitated there either, today sending out young trio Thierry Ambrose, Paolo Fernandes and Pablo Mari on-loan to Eredivisie newcomers NAC Breda for the upcoming campaign.
The talented young trio are some of the most highly rated players in City’s academy but now, their first-team credentials are set to be put to the test in Holland as Breda retake their place in the top-flight having secured promotion last time out.
Competition at the Etihad will be strong enough as it is and with Ambrose, Fernandes and Mari moving out on-loan, it frees up more place in the first-team for other individuals.
City fans- are you pleased to see the young trio get some game-time out on-loan next season? Leave your thoughts down below!Like what the TT have on offer? Sign up for more notifications!
