The Daily Mail seem to think that Manchester City may finally be running out of patience when it comes to their bid for Raheem Sterling.
The club have been back and forward with Liverpool over an amount that they feel the winger is worth – and now it seems that the Reds may have actually managed to hold onto their man.
City have decided not to come back for another go if their bid of £50 million is rejected for the England international – and as one of our punters notes over a beer and burger with our landlord, that could well mean their transfer targets shift, with creative players who are also home-grown being hot on City’s radar – and that has not sat well with Arsenal fans.
Liverpool meanwhile are resigned to Sterling not signing a new deal, but they could well keep him for another year.
