The Manchester City fans who are gathered around the bar in The Transfer Tavern this evening are discussing reports that one of their players could be on the move sooner than they thought.
It has been no secret that the Ivory Coast international is on his way out of the Etihad Stadium this summer but what is a surprise is that he is moving away from England.
The marauding Ivorian was believed to be looking to continue his career with a rival Premier League side after turning down a lucrative move to China, with the ever ambitious West Ham United understood to be keen on landing him.
However, it now appears he has had a change of heart and could link up with former Etihad chief Roberto Mancini at the San Siro.
The news was broken by Italian journalist Ivan Zazzaroni who revealed that the 33-year old had passed his medical ahead of the move to the Nerazzurri.
The journalist did not reveal any other details other than the fact that the medical took place in Milan, suggesting a move to Serie A is on the cards for the midfielder this summer.
Should City cut all ties with Toure after his dip in form?
