After the Pep Guardiola train stormed into the Premier League destroying all before it, the Manchester City fans in the Transfer Tavern have been somewhat disappointed of late.
Despite their wonderful start to the campaign, three games without a win have stalled the Sky Blues’ progress and allowed the chasing pack to catch up.
So, reports emanating out of Spain have finally put a smile back upon the Citizens’ faces as they prop up the bar.
According to Catalan based paper Sport, the Premier League giants could pounce on Bayern Munich’s doubts about France international Kingsley Coman.
With Guardiola have signed the 20-year-old from Juventus on a two-year loan last season while in Bavaria, the Les Blues star has emerged as one of the most promising in Europe.
Still, new manager Carlo Ancelotti is said to remain unconvinced by the Frenchman amid his vast array of attacking talent at the Allianz Arena.
Guardiola is clearly a fan of the youngster after bringing him to Germany and is believed to be closely monitoring his situation.
