Plenty of Manchester City fans have been reacting to the latest development in the transfer saga involving Leroy Sane and Bayern Munich.
As noted by @City_Chief on Twitter, The Telegraph‘s Mike McGrath reported that the German club are weighing up a bid of £56.75m for the winger, with the Premier League champions clearly indicating that they would not accept the £35m at which Bayern had valued the 24-year-old upon recently renewing their interest in him.
Bayern Munich are weighing up a bid of £56.75m to land Leroy Sane from Manchester City when the transfer window opens.
Bayern believe it will require a package worth around £56.75m to complete a deal.

Sane, whose current Etihad Stadium contract expires next year, was sidelined for several months with an anterior cruciate ligament injury sustained last August but had made a tentative return to action in a reserve fixture against Arsenal at the end of February before football was stopped amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The Germany international was reportedly the subject of a transfer offer of €100m (£87.13m) from Bayern last summer, according to Sport Bild, and the Bundesliga club’s renewed interest for less than half that figure drew scorn from numerous Man City supporters.
Should Man City keep or sell Leroy Sane this summer?
These Cityzens fans took to Twitter to give their two cents on the latest update on Sane:

Take it. Get him out my club. https://t.co/CVs6SAV7ZL

He’s off for sure, a real shame, but he doesn’t want to stay, he rarely starts big games & when everyone is fit he’s on the bench, so makes sense if he wants guaranteed first team football. https://t.co/zRbx4R7YE1

They must have fallen on their heads

£75m or no deal. It would cost us £80m to replace Sane. I rather keep him for a year than sell him for £56m.
