A number of Manchester City fans have been reacting to transfer reports linking them with a possible move for Kingsley Coman, with many of the Etihad Stadium faithful not keen on such a move.
Sky Germany reported [via Daily Express] that the Bayern Munich winger is a summer transfer target for Pep Guardiola, under whom he previously worked at the Allianz Arena, with Barcelona and Real Madrid also vying for the France international. The transfer update was shared on Twitter by @City_Xtra.
Real Madrid, Barcelona and #ManCity are interested in Kingsley Coman.
Coman is following the situation with Leroy Sané & sees his best position as a left winger – where Sané wants to play. Bayern don't want to sell, but Coman would leave if advised.

Coman has won four Bundesliga titles with Bayern and made 147 appearances for the club, scoring 30 times. This season he has a return of five goals and five assists from 24 matches. However, the 23-year-old has an unenviable track record of injuries in recent years, including two long-term ligament tears in 2018 (as per TransferMarkt).
Manchester City are no strangers to severe injury problems in recent times, with Leroy Sane out since August following a cruciate ligament rupture, Aymeric Laporte missing for most of this season and Benjamin Mendy missing seven months in 2017/18 from a knee ligament injury.
Would Kingsley Coman be a good signing for Manchester City?
These City fans on Twitter baulked at Coman’s injury record and urged the club to pass on the winger:
Great player but unfortunately man is made of glass and we don’t want any injury prone.

We might as well be named Injury Prone FC if we sign him

Man City fans, do you think Coman would be a good addition at the Etihad Stadium or is he simply too injury-prone to justify purchasing? Have your say by commenting below!
