Manchester City fans in the Football Transfer Tavern are looking forward to seeing what happens once the Euros has finished as Pep Guardiola is looking to build his squad.
According to a Spanish journalist talking to Tele5 via the Sun, City are pursuing Celta Vigo winger Nolito.
The 29-year-old is currently away with Spain at the Euros and played the majority of their opener after starting against the Czech Republic.
He forced his way into Vicente Del Bosque’s squad after scoring 12 goals and providing seven assists in 29 league games for his club.
Barcelona were interested in the winger but it is being reported that the Spaniard has reached an agreement with the player to join his Etihad revolution this summer.
Arsenal were strongly linked with a move for the former Benfica man over the course of the January transfer window.
Tottenham also reportedly sent scouts to watch him play for Spain their victory over the Czech Republic, but if reports are true, then Spurs have missed out on their man.
