Man City should admit they were wrong and do their best to lure £13.5m-rated ace back home

The Manchester City fans in and around the Transfer Tavern are positive in thinking that with a few improvements, their squad could again be unstoppable and again they could win the Premier League.

There was simply no stopping Man City last season as they cruised to a title win with a record-breaking 100 points as well. It is hard to think of any improvements to their team as every player played a significant part in helping the Citizens lift the Premier League title. However last season, our punters believe that Man City made a big mistake in letting Jadon Sancho, (who is valued at £13.5 million on Transfermarkt) leave the club prematurely. The exciting winger was highly regarded at Manchester City but after his time came crashing to an end, with a mixture of blame being placed on refusing a new contract and then City not letting him go on tour with the team, it would certainly be a hard way back for the youngster.

However talent should override all and, noticing his brilliant performances for German side Borussia Dortmund, Man City should look to make up for the past and realise the huge potential that the Englishman has.

After making 12 Bundesliga appearances, his performances were eye-catching and was shown through his contribution of one goal and four assists. Sancho has pace to burn and eases past defenders most of the time, his tricky and dribbling ability is incredible for an 18-year-old and City simply have to bring him back to the English champions in order to build for the present and future, with Jadon Sancho set for a wonderful football career.
