Manchester City: Fans buzz over alleged Erling Braut Haaland price tag

Norweigan striker Erling Braut Haaland has been making waves in Europe so far this campaign, prompting his name to be linked with the biggest clubs in world football.
Haaland, who has bagged an outstanding seven goals in just four Champions League appearances, is now a sought-after commodity among Europe’s elite – including English treble-winners Manchester City.
Son of former City player Alf-Inge Haaland, if the 19-year-old were to depart Red Bull Salzburg by the end of the season, then Eastlands seems like the likely destination – especially regarding the latest news surrounding his price tag.
Having been linked with the forward over this past year, rumours have now started to heat up again with the revelation, at least according to Tuttosport, that the Austrian club have slapped on an £86 million fee.
City supporters reacted somewhat gleefully to the news, despite it appearing like a huge sum, with many believing that the teenager is now well in the club’s range.
