Manchester United agree personal terms with Serie A ace

Cuadrado.jpgMetro certainly have Manchester United fans looking happy here in the Football Transfer Tavern as they claim the Red Devils have agreed terms with Fiorentina star Juan Cuadrado.

The Colombian winger has been linked with a switch from Serie A to the Premier League nearly as much as Arturo Vidal and in all honesty, we are getting slightly tired of the saga now.

However, as one of our punters notes, at least there looks like being light at the end of the tunnel for our punters.

According to the publication, United and Louis van Gaal have given the green light regarding terms set down by the player’s agent and will pay whatever it costs to keep the Colombian star out of the clutches of Barcelona.

van Gaal is reportedly unimpressed with the options he has out wide and noted: “We don’t have attacking wingers to give us width. Or, I should say, we don’t have wingers of the highest level, like Ronaldo or Di Maria, or somebody like that.”

Now as our regulars note over their game of pool, Cuadrado certainly looks like he could reach the highest level and it could well mean a deal is completed for the star sooner than we may have thought.

Manchester United fans. Is van Gaal right about your forward options? Do you think that Cuadrado is the man you need? Let us know your thoughts below.
