Manchester United bid huge £32m fee to secure third signing

4420949There is huge news in the Football Transfer Tavern this evening and it looks good for Manchester United fans.

Because according to talkSPORT, Louis van Gaal and his representatives have launched an astonishing £32 million bid for Juan Cuadrado.

The Colombian midfielder, who currently plays for Fiorentina in Italy, has shone this summer in the World Cup.

Arsenal were thought to be in pole-position to land the versatile midfielder this summer but Manchester United have reportedly sanctioned a mega £32 million bid to land Cuadrado.

Cuadrado will offer the Manchester club some much-needed pace on the wings but the 26-year old is also capable of playing at full back or even as a support striker.

Fiorentina recently stumped up the £5 million it would take to own the midfielder outright having part owned him with fellow Italian club Udinese.

But if the rumours are true, the Viola could be set to earn some fast money and a whopping profit to boot.

Manchester United fans. Cuadrado has looked good this summer but are there better options available for that amount of cash? Let us know your thoughts below.
