Manchester United fans here in the Tavern will be hoping for success in Europe next season, as they failed to get the better of Sevilla earlier on in the campaign.
Indeed, United will be hoping that they can attract a number of big-name players to Old Trafford in the summer, as other teams will be looking to strengthen before the start of next season. And, it looks as if Jose Mourinho is looking to break the bank, as according to The Mirror, Manchester United are lining up a sensational £200 million-plus swoop for Neymar.
It’s believed that United have told the Brazilian that they will rival Real Madrid for his signature if he quits Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
The striker would cost in excess of £200 million but United made it clear they will pay a world-record fee and match his £30m-a-year wages.
Although, United are relying on Neymar Santo senior whom they have a working relationship with, as he is a Manchester United fan and would love for his son to play for the club one day.
Neymar is arguably one of the best players in the whole of world football as he continues to impress, with many of our local Mancunians wanting to see him at Old Trafford this summer. Although, United will have to top any offer that Real Madrid may make, as Neymar may look to move back to Spain.
