Manchester United fans call for six-month Giuseppe Rossi contract

Manchester United fans will all be aware that they have former Red Devil Giuseppe Rossi training with them at the moment. The Italian has had it rough in his career with injuries, yet as he targets a return he’s been getting fit alongside the Manchester United squad and the fans are now starting to call for the player to be given a six-month contract.

A video has emerged of Rossi and Paul Pogba knocking a ball about with each other inside the United training ground, and it looks like the Italian is getting on well with the squad and those at the club. Seeing the Italian train has led to calls for him to sign a short-term deal amongst the fans, with plenty of them pointing out that it can’t be any worse than paying Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez.

At the age of 32-years-old, it looks like Rossi will have one proper move left in him, especially seeing as his career has been ravaged by injuries. That move could be one that comes in the summer, though, and in the meantime it surely wouldn’t hurt the Old Trafford to sign him up on a pay-as-you-play deal, especially seeing as his first touch seems to be a fairway better than the club’s Belgian frontman.

Loads of Manchester United fans would be keen to add Rossi to their ranks and whilst he may not be starting every week, the Italian would add quality from the bench.
