According to The Times (via @utdreport), the club wants to improve communication between the club and the fans and address the image of the club being a business first and football club second.
The Old Trafford giants haven’t enjoyed the best of starts to a league season, winning just two of their eight league games.
Earlier in the summer, fans were furious after a member of the Glazer family took out a loan against the club (via The Sun).

They’re clueless, it’s not just an image it’s a fact. ‘Improvement of communication ‘ is code for telling fans why they’re wrong about what they know about the club. Instead of listening to the fans
