Manchester United: Fans in disbelief over reports of transfer policy

Manchester United fans were left in disbelief over reports over the club’s transfer policy.

According to The Times (relayed by @utdreport and the Metro), the club are looking at young players who are preferably British.
It is thought the key for the club is to look at youth and character, also looking at players who are humble but arrogant with respect for teammates but have self-belief under-pressure.
United’s transfer policy became apparent in the summer window when they signed Daniel James, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Harry Maguire, all players of British origin (via Transfermarkt).
Despite the signings, the Old Trafford giants have endured a tough start to the campaign, winning just two of their eight games in the league so far.
United fans were in disbelief after the report from the Times suggested signings had to be, preferably, British as they took to Twitter to react.
