Manchester United: Fans itching to see 17-year-old youngster start against Leicester City

Manchester United fans are yearning to see Mason Greenwood start against Leicester City after being asked the question by a fellow fan.

One United fan took to Twitter to ask his fellow Old Trafford faithful if they would like to see Greenwood start against the Foxes, highlighting the issue in the attack.

Since scoring four at home to Chelsea in the opening Premier League game of the season, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have scored just one in each of their last three games (via WhoScored).

Manchester United have sold two attacking stars in this summer’s transfer window, with Alexis Sanchez and Romelu Lukaku both moving to Internazionale.

That leaves Jesse Lingard, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial as the three senior attackers in the squad, with Lingard the oldest at 26-years-old (via Transfermarkt).

Fans took to Twitter as they asked for the introduction of Greenwood against Brendan Rodgers’ side.
