Manchester United fans have been feeling unhappy after manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s comments about Anthony Martial.
The Norwegian manager said that he doesn’t expect the France international to return before the next international break (via Sky Sports).
Martial has been out since suffering a thigh injury in the 2-1 defeat at home to Crystal Palace before the September international break (via Manchester Evening News).
However, he is not the only absence in forward positions for the Old Trafford giants ahead of the visit of Arsenal. Marcus Rashford could also be out of the game after suffering a groin injury in the 2-0 loss away to West Ham United last weekend.
When asked if the duo would play against the Gunners, Solskjaer replied: “I wouldn’t put my life on it.” (Source: I News)
The Frenchman started the season on fire, scoring two goals and assisting one in the first three Premier League games of the season (via Transfermarkt).
Fans were less than pleased with the news of Martial’s injury as they took to Twitter to tweet.
