Manchester United: Fans vehemently oppose idea of potential swap deal between two stars

Manchester United fans vehemently opposed the idea of doing a swap deal with Real Madrid involving Paul Pogba and Toni Kroos.

According to El Chiringuito host Eduardo Inda (via Tribuna), the north-west club will consider selling the Frenchman in the January transfer window.

The report from Spain goes on to say that the club have no intention of changing their €200m (roughly £179m) asking price, though a swap deal could be on the cards.

Manchester United are said to be interested in Real star Kroos, and they view him as an ideal replacement for the potentially-departing Pogba.

The France international was clear of his intentions in the summer, stating it could’ve been a good time to leave the club to pursue a ‘new challenge’.

It seems the fans of the club aren’t best pleased with the potential deal being reported, as they took to Twitter to disapprove of it.
